Carly Hood-Ronick is the Director of CCO Strategy and Health Equity at the Oregon Primary Care Association where she oversees social determinants of health and Medicaid engagement efforts alongside community health centers around the state of Oregon. Carly has worked with communities in multiple states and countries to develop upstream programs and has published work on best practices in financing social care efforts. With over a decade of experience in domestic and international work, she is called upon as a leader in systems-level equity efforts, including past Co-Chair of the Oregon Health Policy Board’s Health Equity Committee, supporting Medicaid metric and measurement development with regard to upstream investments, and advising on community and social health data sharing efforts. She received her Master of Public Affairs in Social Policy from the Robert M. La Follette School of Public Affairs and her Master of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health.
