Donna Doebler

Dr. Almario Doebler is the Associate Vice President of Medicare and SNP Product and Analytics at UPMC Health Plan. Dr. Almario Doebler leads the analytics and product strategy of the Medicare Advantage team. Her focus is in promoting health equity and understanding the social, community, and contextual factors that impact health outcomes, especially with the aging population. She has over 20 years’ experience in health care and health policy. Prior experience includes working at the VA Pittsburgh Health System’s Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion, Institute of Medicine, and the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Dr. Almario Doebler received a Kellogg Health Scholars postdoctoral fellowship, has a DrPH in behavioral and community health sciences and MS in biostatistics from the University of Pittsburgh, and obtained an MPH in epidemiology from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is also adjunct assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public Health.
