Michele Kratz RN
Vice President of Clinical Services, Upward Health
Michele has dedicated her career to the underserved Medicare, Medicaid and Special Needs populations. She is currently pursuing a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree at La Salle University. Michele has held leadership positions with Cigna-HealthSpring, Kindred Healthcare, Cooper University Hospital and Elderplan. In 2019, she joined Upward Health as Vice President of Clinical Services in 2019 and leads the national multidisciplinary care team. Michele is passionate about serving the community in which she lives and volunteers for Broad Street Ministry, Dress for Success and Girls on the Run.
