RaeAnn Grossman is a thought leader, partnership creator, innovator, strategist, and growth expeditor in the healthcare community. RaeAnn Grossman has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare working at health plans, provider and health system organizations, and adjacent supporting health care services and solutions companies. RaeAnn is a subject matter expert in healthcare transformation and change management, risk adjustment including network design, at-risk relationship, physician practice transformation, and growth. She has a deep acumen in Medicare Advantage, Duals, SNPs, MSSP, Medicaid, and other government-sponsored healthcare programs. Today, she is President of Medicare Advantage for Bright Health Plan creating differentiated product and health care navigation simplification for over 53,000 Medicare Advantage lives.

While at BCBSAZ and HealthNet, she led the provider strategy, network engagement, redesigned the reimbursement models, plus built regional care models and national care pathways for complex conditions. While working with Gorman Health Group, RaeAnn built ACOs, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans, products, and drove turns around with an incredible team of consultants. She is reimagined risk adjustment; moving it from retrospective to prospective and concurrent strategies. She has integrated risk, quality, and care throughout her career to drive the greatest impact with the most efficiency.
