Rajshri is currently Head of Product and Tech at ConsejoSano, where here, and throughout her career, she has led a number of products to market with end-to-end execution of full product lifecycle. Her strength is in understanding the customer's business needs and designing products with breakthrough technologies to enrich the user experience. Her unique talent lies in her breadth of experience - she has envisioned simple and creative solutions for translating user problems into a great product while managing complex product decisions and trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.

Rajshri has been committed to innovative software product development. She is recognized by her peers for excellence in product development and leadership. She has successfully applied Lean Six Sigma techniques to product development and processes. Rajshri has a multi-faceted background in technology, product, and compliance and is proud to be a health tech leader. She has been multitasking on a number of healthcare and data analytics projects in her prior experience at Omnicell and Illumina. Rajshri holds a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University, India, and an MBA and MS in Marketing from Indiana University, Bloomington.
