Kimberly Dull
Manager, Community Engagement Operational Performance, Novant Health
Kimberly Dull is the Senior Manager of Operational Performance for Community Engagement at Novant Health, a not-for-profit integrated system of 18 medical centers and 680 clinics throughout the South East. Wanting to use her powers of empathy and intellect for good, she has held various leadership roles in not-for-profit higher education and healthcare, excelling in strategic planning, data analysis, collaborative communication and performance enhancement for 14 years.
In her current work, she utilizes data analysis and strategic communication to identify needs and elevate assets for maximum health, social, and financial impact at the patient, system and community level. She and her team share a vision of health equity and upward mobility in all communities.
She earned her B.A. in Broadcasting, B.S. in Political Science, and M.B.A. from Appalachian State University. Kimberly lives in the North Carolina mountains with her husband, Matt.
