Kelsey Stevens FSA, MAAA, MBA

Kelsey Stevens, FSA, MAAA, MBA, is a Director and Senior Consulting Actuary in the Tampa office of Wakely. She serves health plans, providers, and government agencies on both commercial and government programs. Her experience lies in pricing and rate development, preparing regulatory rate filings and attestations of actuarial soundness, product design, developing provider reimbursement and risk-sharing arrangements, trend analyses, financial reporting and IBNR calculations, and forecasting.

Kelsey is a frequent speaker at actuarial and industry meetings and was elected by her peers to serve on the SOA Health Section Leadership Council. She is currently serving in her second year of a three-year term.
