Michelle has over 10 years of quality improvement experience in managed care. Prior to SCAN, she held roles in both the provider group and health plan settings. Since joining SCAN, Michelle has held various roles in quality improvement, including leading the 5-Star team to deploy member and provider interventions. Her most recent role at SCAN has been as Director, Network Quality. Her key responsibility is to drive performance improvement and quality initiatives with the provider groups.
Michelle received her MHA from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
