Mirta Grifman PhD

Dr. Grifman is an accomplished leader with almost 20 years of diverse biotech and pharmaceutical experience in R&D and Medical Affairs. Prior to her current role as Executive Director of Medical Affairs at Samumed, LLC, she was Director of Medical Affairs at GSK Vaccines and Teva Pharmaceuticals where she led Medical Science Liaison teams. Prior to her Medical Affairs roles, Dr. Grifman served in Business Development positions for the Government of Canada and Immusol. She started her career as a research scientist.
Dr. Grifman received her PhD in Biochemistry, MSc in Microbiology, and BSc in Biology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She also was a postdoctoral fellow at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.
