Nicole Norder

Nicole Norder is a senior product manager at Carrot Health, leading marketing strategy, member acquisition and retention within the Growth MarketView® product. Prior to joining Carrot Health, Nicole spent the last 9 years working for Optum. During this time, she worked in a number of roles, all focused on improving the end consumer’s healthcare outcomes via marketing and engagement. These initiatives included developing marketing strategies for large employer groups, leading a marketing project management team, and building a multi-channel engagement solution for several products.
