| Catherine Anderson is the Acting Director for the Division of Risk Adjustment Operations in the Payment Policy and Financial Management Group within the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO). Ms. Anderson is responsible for leading development and implementation of the permanent Risk Adjustment Program set forth in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This entails leading the development, implementation and execution of the policy, operational, and business requirements related to the ACA Risk Adjustment Program, including HHS-operated risk adjustment data validation (HHS-RADV). |
