| Tracy Tran is a Director of Risk Adjustment & Encounter Data at Clever Care Health Plan (CCHP). With over 27 years in the healthcare sector, her primarily focus is on process improvement, strategic implementation, data analytics, revenue optimization and team building. Prior to joining CCHP, she worked at AltaMed Health Services as the Director of HCC/RAF Incentives where she helped develop, implement and track HCC RAF programs, while overseeing the performance of vendors and revenue opportunities. Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Finance from California State University of Los Angeles. |
