Eleanor Beaber

Eleanor Beaber is Director of Social Impact Strategy with UnitedHealthcare Community & State. UnitedHealthcare Community & State serves more than 6.6 million Medicaid members in 31 states, plus Washington D.C. UnitedHealthcare is a division of UnitedHealth Group, a health and well-being company with a mission to help people live healthier lives and help make the health system work better for everyone. In her current role, Eleanor focuses on developing partnerships that support community and population health and build health, social service, and community capacity. Her portfolio includes programmatic work in affordable and supportive housing, food insecurity, social impact investment, and community engagement. Before coming to UnitedHealthcare, Eleanor managed a community health program at the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University. She has a Master of Science in Exercise Science/Public Health from Northeastern University and a Bachelors of Arts from Tufts University.
