Janine Sala

Janine Sala, Director of Quality Improvement for UnitedHealthcare Nevada has worked in the Quality Department since 2010 and brings over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, specifically working in the areas of quality, performance improvement and HEDIS®.

Currently Janine oversees the Population Health Team that includes oversight of our member facing teams; disease management, pregnancy concierge, call outreach and health education and wellness. These teams work together to ensure our members have favorable health outcomes, manage chronic conditions and are able to live healthy lives.

As a long-term quality operations administrator, Janine is highly skilled in performance improvement, analytical skills and strategic planning, combining both metrics and operational strategy to promote and sustain success.
