Principal, ATI Advisory

Allison currently is a Principal with ATI Advisory, a research and advisory services firm focused on complex and older populations. In this role, she works on issues across the Medicare, Medicaid, and aging spectrum, including long term care service delivery innovation, advancements in Medicare Advantage and other managed care programs, and approaches to Medicare-Medicaid integration. Before joining ATI, Allison most recently served as Vice President of Health Policy & Strategy with UnitedHealthcare, where she led the organization’s national policy efforts specific to individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. In this role, Allison worked closely with state and national health plan leadership, policymakers, and other experts to bridge the health policy and business worlds in an effort to inform sustainable program design and growth strategies. Prior to this at UnitedHealthcare, Allison served as a Medicaid Policy Director working with individual states and Medicaid health plans to provide strategic guidance on emerging policy and program trends. She also spent several years with The Lewin Group, leading federal contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other agencies across programs targeting aging and vulnerable populations. Allison currently serves as adjunct faculty at the University of St. Thomas, MN where she co-teaches an MBA health policy course.
