Presley Rebman AHFI, CFE, PMP
Executive Director, Alabama Select
Presley Rebman is the Executive Director of Alabama Select Networks (ASN). ASN is the contract holder for the Alabama Medicaid Integrated Network (ICN) contract. This statewide contract went live on 10/1/18, servicing around 23,000 members in the home and nursing home settings. The goal of this program is to provide services to recipients in the home settling as long as possible. The formation of ASN is unique when compared to similar programs across the country. The primary owners are a group of nursing home that partnered with commercial insurers to perform the administrative functions of the contract.
Presley is involved in other Alabama Medicaid care coordination contracts that cover over 300,000 members throughout Alabama. These recipients qualify for services based on their reason for eligibility, including chronic conditions, maternity, healthy children, and family planning.
Presley has spent eighteen of his twenty-four years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in the government sector. During this time period, he has played an integral part in six startups designed specifically in response to government contracts. He has acquired a wealth of experience in healthcare administration, particularly in the areas of healthcare data analysis, utilization, care management, and workflow improvements.
His experience has driven his passion for ensuring members receive the appropriate health care, at the right time, and in the best location. He sees great opportunities in Alabama to improve healthcare for its Medicaid recipients, but knows there will be significant challenges, including budgetary funding. Presley looks forward to being a part of the solutions to improving healthcare for these individuals.
