Eve H McNeill

Responsible for the strategic development and operations for 12 outpatient departments including three (3) outpatient medication management clinics, three (3) outpatient therapy programs, three (3) partial hospitalization programs, an Assertive Community Treatment team, a First Episode Psychosis intervention team and a Psychiatric Virtual Transition Care Service. Working under the leadership of the Behavioral Health Charlotte Facility Executive, the outpatient team will build and manage patient focused, forward thinking and fiscally prudent outpatient services that will help patients maintain stability and promote recovery for the community in the growing Atrium coverage area.

Prior to assuming this role, Ms. McNeill served as the Director of the Employee Assistance Program for Atrium Health. This program served employees covered by the Atrium Health Employee Assistance program nationwide addressing work life issues that impact job performance and overall wellbeing.

Ms. McNeill earned her master’s Degree in business administration from Wingate University in 2004. In 2013, Ms. McNeill received the Fire Starter award from Atrium Health for teammate engagement, growth, and financial prowess.
