Russell Voth

Russell Voth is a Senior Analyst in the U.S. Government Accountability Office’s (GAO) Health Care team and is based Seattle. At GAO, he has led the development of reports on Medicaid, Medicare, and public health. This work recommends steps to improve program oversight, coordination, and transparency as well as save taxpayers as much as billions of dollars. He previously worked for the Oregon Health Authority, where he was a manager in the Office of Health Analytics, and for Compass Lexecon, where he conducted economic analyses related to antitrust litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory proceedings as a Research Associate. Russell holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
