Ms. Barnidge is an Assistant Director with GAO's Health Care team. At GAO, she has led work on a number of Medicaid topics, including a focus on managed care and section 1115 demonstrations. Other areas of focus include private health insurance market issues, including exchanges established per the Affordable Care Act.
