For over 20 years with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), Leslie Gordon has examined a variety of health care issues including aspects of Medicaid and Medicare. Since 2015, Leslie has led work that has addressed Medicaid eligibility determinations, Medicaid provider screening and enrollment, documentation needed to identify improper payments in Medicare and Medicaid, program risks in Medicaid managed care, oversight of Medicaid managed long-term services and supports, and Medicaid improper payments and program integrity issues, generally, among other topics.
