Isabella Howells

Bella Howells has been at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Inc. for a year working on the Health Plan Compliance team with fellow presenter Mark Dwinnells. Prior to working at CCA, Bella used to work for a home healthcare agency where she gained her experience working in a clinical background. While at this company, she worked directly under the Compliance Manager where she gained her appreciation for compliance. In her current role, Bella is a monitoring analyst that handles all the internal monitoring by working closely with a multitude of different departments to ensure they are abiding by state and federal regulations, contract requirements and overall maintaining compliance. She also conducts formal research as requested by different departments and handles various incidents that arise throughout the year.
