Responsible for the development and implementation of Zero Suicide throughout the Behavioral Health Service Line. Coordinates all members of the implementation team, working to follow the elements of Zero Suicide. Responsible for assessing and monitoring high risk patients referred to the suicide care management pathway, including coordinating with inpatient and outpatient providers, assuring patients are safe and make their follow up appointments. Develops community liaisons to help prevent suicide around the Charlotte area, including working with a veteran’s team to assist service members and their families.
