As the VP of Population Health Solutions for CareAllies, Becky is responsible for leading the implementation design and delivery of the population health technology that enables clinical and value-based care programs and supports the organization’s provider engagement strategy. The Population Health team, under her direction, successfully launched Arcadia in spring 2018 to enable the Renaissance Physicians Organization’s Clinically Integrated Network. They later enabled Arcadia to support four Medicare ACOs, including the development of clinical workflows to support the Accountable Care Coalition of Alabama. In 2019, Becky led the migration of Cigna’s Medicare Advantage organization from its’ previous tool onto Arcadia and enabled the technology to support other programs within Cigna, including the Individual & Family Plans and US Commercial lines of business. Becky also leads Risk Adjustment and Quality strategy for CareAllies, developing operational and data driven processes for patient identification, outreach and comprehensive management of conditions at the point of care.

Becky joined Cigna in 2014 and successfully implemented the original Medicare Advantage population health technology. She also led the re-design and implementation of the Complete Health Team within Cigna Medicare Advantage, a multi-disciplinary care team process to evaluate high risk patients and drive action to improve outcomes and impact quality of care while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation. Previously, Becky served in a corporate training role for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) coordinating financial integrity training programs for hospital and corporate level executives. She is a certified facilitator through Developmental Dimensions International and spent five years facilitating leadership training for HCA employees and executives. Prior to joining HCA Becky served as the Executive Director of the Nashville Sounds Foundation, a certified 501(c)3 charity promoting youth literacy and team sports in the greater middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky areas.

Becky received a B.S. in Marketing and Psychology from Lipscomb University.
