Vice President of Policy & Research, National MLTSS Health Plan Association 

Christina Wu, MPH, is the Vice President of Policy & Research of the National MLTSS Health Plan Association, where she leads the development and implementation of the Association’s policy agenda on managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) and integrated care for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. She also serves as the Research and Policy Director of the MLTSS Association’s affiliated organization, the Long-Term Quality Alliance, a 501(c)3 membership organization aimed at improving outcomes and quality of life for people who need LTSS, and their families.

Previously, as a consultant at the Lewin Group, Ms. Wu supported aging and disability policy research and technical assistance initiatives for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), and several state Medicaid agencies. Ms. Wu also worked to improve care coordination for individuals with complex health and social needs in the Massachusetts Medicaid Accountable Care Organization (ACO) program, both at a health plan and at the State. She also completed a Fulbright fellowship researching dementia care in China. Ms. Wu has a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies from the University of Pennsylvania.
