Alyson Hoots is a Director of Product Engineering at Elevance Health, a leading health company with 45+ million members within its affiliated health plans. Currently Alyson is part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics group and is responsible for the delivery of population health management analytics tools that aggregate public and member data to provide insights on members’ clinical risks and health-related social needs, as well as the community they live in. Previously she led Elevance Health’s Innovation team’s Social Determinants of Health portfolio, working with startups to design and execute pilots while determining viability and planning for exponential impact at scale.
