Yvette Kelly, LMHC, is the Director of Children Services and Healthcare Innovation at the McSilver Institute. Yvette has over 25 years of experience working with children and families, has been a licensed mental health counselor for 17 years and has served as an instructor and field placement supervisor in a graduate-level counseling program for the past 15 years.

Yvette has extensive clinical and supervisory experience working in a variety of settings. In addition to her clinical expertise, she has experience developing effective business strategies to contain costs while ensuring the provision of quality services. Yvette has served in a variety of roles over the years, including Clinician, Supervisor, Quality Improvement Coordinator and Director of Children’s Mental Health Services.

Bridging clinical and business practices, Yvette assists clinical and peer service providers throughout New York State to develop competencies for enhancing organizational efficiencies while delivering high quality services. Her areas of expertise include clinical services for youth and families, mental health documentation, strategies for effective supervision, quality improvement, revenue cycle management and managed care.

Yvette received a Master of Science in Education degree from The College of Saint Rose.
