Elizabeth Goff is the Manager of Medicare Advantage Outreach and Special Projects for Indiana University Health Plans, an extension of Indiana University Health. IU Health is Indiana’s only hospital system to be nationally ranked by U.S. News & World Report for more than 20 years.
Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in Medicare lines of business with IU Health. She was on the leadership team that started up the Medicare Advantage plan in a record four months and converted over 80% of their Cost Plan members to Medicare Advantage.
She leads a Medicare Advantage member advisory council and manages special member communications and outreach projects to ensure a positive customer experience across all interactions. Her certifications include the Professional Academy of Healthcare Management, YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program lifestyle coach and group exercise instructor.
