Tricia is the Vice President of Enterprise Marketing and Loyalty Engagement for HealthTexas Medical Group. She is an experienced healthcare business leader who is responsible for the management of HealthTexas Medical Group's brand and experiences. She oversees brand strategy, media relations, corporate affairs, marketing, loyalty management/service excellence and the medical group’s Medicare Advantage program. The management of these areas includes planning, development, implementation, and successful monitoring to ensure initiatives are aligned to support strategic goals of the medical group. Additionally she manages all external and internal communications, directs the creation of content for the public website and oversees all social media and online reputation. Tricia and her sales team work closely with licensed agents to engage and enroll patients to grow the medical group’s market share in the community and continually establish HealthTexas as the primary care group of choice.
Prior to joining HealthTexas, Tricia was the executive director for marketing communications at University Health System, San Antonio/Bexar County’s nationally recognized academic medical center. She was responsible for marketing communications, creative direction, social media, digital properties, online reputation, wayfinding and internal communications of the Health System’s corporate branding and marketing functions.
Tricia has served on many non-profit organizational committees namely the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the American Diabetes Association San Antonio Chapter. She has also volunteered her time to the San Antonio Food Bank, the Susan G. Komen Foundation, March of Dimes, and Prevent Blindness Texas. Tricia is a native San Antonian. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word and is pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration from Capella University.
