Megan Shreve

Megan Shreve is the CEO of South Central Community Action Programs (SCCAP), which serves more than 30,000 individuals in South Central Pennsylvania. Over the past 35 years, Megan has worked in the health and human service field implementing numerous programs designed to help at risk children, youth, and families build a better future. She has also worked in the private sector consulting on business process analysis, implementation, and training around large change management projects. Megan is committed to working on the micro and macro level to reduce poverty and strengthen the economic and social infrastructure of communities. Her current work, in partnership with local health systems, on the Social Determinants of Health has brought a deeper commitment to whole family wellbeing. She recently served as the chair of a local hospital Board of Directors and currently serves as the vice chair of a regional health system Board of Directors. She volunteers for the Adams and Franklin County Support Circles initiatives and enjoys walking alongside families on their journey to a better future.
