Kelly Shearin

Kelly Shearin currently serves as Director of Member Experience & Strategic Partnerships for Amerigroup Community Care. With over 20 years of health care experience, she currently leads the health plan on member experience that includes addressing social determinants of health and managing community investments to improve member and community health. Amerigroup, an Anthem owned company, achieves positive health outcomes for members and generates value for states through innovative approaches.
Growing up in rural Tennessee, Kelly is passionate about helping kids succeed and working on health equity across TN communities. Kelly serves on the board for Jobs for TN Grads and on the advisory board for the TN Coalition for Better Health. In 2021, the Nashville Business Journal selected Kelly as a “Woman of Influence” for her work in the community.
Kelly is an avid traveler who appreciates new experiences. She has traveled to over 25 countries and found herself living in Europe for nearly four years. After living and working in other countries and states, she now enjoys being back home with her family in Tennessee. Her favorite way to spend time with them is cooking and being outdoors.
