Chelsea Speth

Chelsea Speth is the VP of Value-Based Growth at Maven Clinic, the largest virtual clinic for women’s and family health, offering continuous care for fertility, pregnancy, parenting and pediatrics, and menopause. In this role, Chelsea is responsible for shaping Maven’s growth strategy related to value-based care contracting and leads partnerships with large employers, health plans, and provider organizations. She is leading Maven’s growth into emerging markets including Medicaid.

Prior to Maven, Chelsea spent 3 years at Aledade, a national ACO and provider enablement company that supports a network of 10K independent primary care physicians. Chelsea was VP of New Ventures where she led the design and launch of new programs and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, she led value-based care contracting with national and regional health plans.

She started her career in healthcare as a health & benefits consultant with Mercer and worked at Evolent Health in consulting, strategy, and business development roles where she launched risk-based operating partnerships with health systems, IPAs, and payers.

Chelsea received her Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Virginia and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
